Turned my review to a 1 star as this is the only location I go to that will lock their store before 9pm. People including myself pay alot of money to have a diamond membership and when I take the time to drive up here from home while they’re supposed to be open and find the door locked while all the lights are still on. That’s a waist of your customers times on multiple occasions. The rep doing this ought to be fired! The associates name is Amanda! She even came to the door 10 minutes later after cleaning a room and even admitted to locking the door early. So what because she wants to go home early she says screw our customers who keep this store running. That is not the type of service the leading tanning company around should ever tolerate from their staff members.

Very good first time experience there. I was super nervous going in there for the first time to get a spray tan, but the employees there, were very knowledgeable, and made my nervousness go away very quickly. They know their products and they know how to help you pick the spray tan out for you. Would definitely recommend going if you are interested in getting a spray tan.

The situation at the location in Brooklyn Ohio is much better than it had been. However, the manager of that location after my reviews will not speak to be because she got my review stating that she was pushy in sales. Now she will not even help me. She we’ll have another team member wait on me.

I have been coming here for awhile now and I have to say, the young girl with the long blonde hair is extremely rude. She gives attitude when it’s not needed. She does not greet the customers like she should if she is in the customer service business. She is not friendly at all.. If she is going to wear a mask, she might want to wear it correctly over her nose at all times. If she is here when I come and tan, I will walk out and go to another location.
