My experience was wonderful! I purchased the Diamond Prism monthly membership. I knew nothing about tanning before I went. Ellen was so knowledgeable on all of the beds and talked me through each one. The beds were extremely clean as along with the entire facility. Ellen also helped me find a tanning lotion that would best match my skin type. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my overall tanning experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Solon area. 10/10!

I joined here a few months ago. It was my first time ever tanning indoors, so I had no idea what I was walking into. I was introduced to all my options and they helped me pick the best package for me personally. Every time I’ve gone in since, the rooms are always spotless, and the girls are always extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to literally anyone! Awesome!

Worst customer service experiences ever. Staff was unknowledgeable about the products and the offerings they provide. Beds were dirty and handles/door knobs were greasy. Products are overpriced, also requires a monthly subscription fee that nobody was able to explain what that’s for. And if you want to stop going you have to pay “freeze” fee in order to start up again. Trust me we all have a hell of a lot more to worry about in life then some cheesy tanning package, so I would highly recommend you find a different place!!

This place is alright to go get a tan at, I was here before I had to go on vacation, the only thing is it is somewhat expensive, like you pay per tan, even if you prepay for the packages and they do not have unlimited tanning monthly specials like they had advertised at other places online… Overall they do have some nice equipment there if you do want to go tanning and the employees seem really nice; even if they seem a little pushy in their sales tactics.

Every time I tan at Palm Beach Tan in Solon I know before I even arrive I will have a solid tanning experience. The beds are fabulous, they make an effort to ensure the bulbs are operating at their highest efficiency level in order to achieve maximum dark results while maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience. Lastly, the sales associates are always so knowledgable and friendly. The only complaint I have is how pushy the girls can get with selling products. I understand the products are superb and I appreciate the knowledge the girls are able to offer concerning products that would work best for me and my skin as well as their understanding of the science behind the products. What I don’t appreciate is even after I say I am not interested the girls will continue to push products. I am willing to spend a good chunk of my money on my tanning products to ensure the youthfulness of my skin as well as the effectiveness of the product. What I don’t like is when they try to push products on me I state I don’t want or don’t have the money for at the time and they continue to push. Other than that minor issue, Palm Beach Tan is hands down my favorite tanning place I’ve ever been.

This place is the rip off to end all rip-offs. Think pyramid con, etc. I like to consider myself a careful consumer who doesn’t get duped by fraud schemes and grifters but once you give these people a credit card number, look out. I am at over $1,200.00 and counting. It appears as if I am going to have to take them to court to shake ’em off my bank account.
