Clean facility and friendly staff but there’s 1 bed for the Platinum membership to lay in. Paying that much for basically 1 upgraded bed from the Gold & Silver memberships is not that appealing.

Critical: Professionalism**if you go here… ONLY go to katie. She’s a Saint. She’s so sweet and absolutely amazing. I wish I didn’t have to leave, but unfortunately the company discriminated against disabled according to federal law and the Americans with disabilities act….** Mask mandates are annoying, but it’s something we have to do. I was told to wear a mask and 100% do not care. I will 100% wear a mask. However, they discriminated against my mother who has very obvious medical issues. By law I do not have to list her medical conditions, but for this review I will. She can not speak properly or hear. Let me say that she “can” speak. However her voice is raspy and low. It’s near impossible for people outside of family to understand her. This is caused by breathing issues, throat issues, vocal cord issues. Her throat is so constricted she can barely breathe or speak. They tried to claim this is not discrimination because she had worn a mask before. My mother tries her best to wear a mask however if she needs to breathe to literally stay alive then she has to breathe. According to all FEDERAL mask laws a person does not have to give a reason for not wearing a mask and can only say “medical reasons” however they pushed for more which was illegal. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI canceled my membership the day the salon was forced to close due to covid 19(I actually went up there). Also, I signed up 2 days before they had to close. Was charged a full month and since then I’ve been charged.. multiple times. I called the store was told this has been happening to other people and that they in fact see my account closed. Told me to call customer care to have this resolved. I spoke with customer care they refused to credit my account and said he had no documentation of me signing papers to cancel my account. They would give me a credit to tan if I’d like though. I refused and asked for my money to credited back since I’ve only tanned 2 times… the day I signed up and canceled when they closed. Such a horrible experience. Also they charged me $48 for the same beds planet fitness has. Only difference is planet fitness beds are NEWER and available 24/7. Thankfully I have my documentation of cancelation to dispute this with my Credit card company.***Replied to the comment the owner left. I went up to freeze my account and was told my accounts were frozen successfully. I decided to check my activity a few days ago and noticed I was billed for July. I went back up there and was shown some phony policy about not being able to modify your billing after the 25th of the month, so I guess I’m eating July payments as well. I cancelled my memberships and won’t be back. My wife and I were members here for years. When COVID-19 hit they froze everyone’s accounts for 2 months when everything closed and then started billing people again without notice. I had no idea I was being billed until I got my June 2020 credit card statement (it’s billing a card I don’t use much anymore).
