I wish I would pay attention to the ladies’ name tags, but I’ve been coming about a year and the girls who’ve been in here the last couple months are the best I’ve dealt with in a salon in years. There’s a slightly wavy blonde haired gal, and a lady who usually wears her brown hair straight and I think to about her shoulders. Both are so dang friendly whenever I see them, they actually try to make conversation and they feel very genuine in their interactions. Literally makes my day better when I stop by for a quick tan. Oh and the new beds are great too!

The Amethyst collection smells amazing and works great too! My face is so soft and moisturized! One of the diamond level beds fan doesn’t blow though, it gets you super tan if you can take the heat! The workers are really amazing and take the time to explain the 40% off sale! Upgrades ending soon!

So they have nice beds and great lotions with skin care but I don’t think there are very good with the public I called and asked I was late so I know the store closes at 10 but I called and asked if they would stay open a little bit and the girl said she had no problem I said I’ll be there in less than 10 minutes I was there in 8 minutes as I was going to the door she was shutting the door and locking it and said that I took over 1pover there over 10 minutes to get there which it was clearly a lie she said it was 10 minutes on her phone well my phone I’m sure has the same time because it goes to the satellite so she was lying so if it was a problem she should have said so before I was speeding to get to the tanning place I don’t appreciate that I’m not into games you know if you can’t stay open a little bit I understand that’s asking above and beyond but just say so don’t have me Rush there and then say i took longer than I did because I clearly took 8 minutes so I’m not going to be renewing my membership there or my daughters who I just signed her up for the highest package you know I understand asking to stay open later than the hours is you know above and beyond but all she had to say was no and that would have been fine so don’t have me rushing they’re eating lights in a hurry and then lie to me I don’t appreciate that I’m a grown woman and you know there are way too many tanning places out here so don’t ever be late and don’t ever ask because they blatantly lie to you thank you for reading. And the manager that works during the day with the dark hair I don’t know who she is she’s on mornings or early afternoon she’s an absolute sweetheart all the girls are nice other than their truth-telling issues but the manager with the long dark hair she is absolutely amazing so I don’t know who reads these reviews but if it’s her or corporate she deserves something because I don’t even know the girl but I love her to death thanks again. I usually don’t have a problem here but I went this evening to tan and am very angry. I have to drive 30 minutes to get here because it’s the closest one to my house. I got in a bed that stopped working after 4 minutes when I was scheduled for 14 minutes. I know it stopped short because I sent a text right before I got in and looked at the time when I got out. When I went to go tell the girl at the front desk she looked at me like I was crazy and just said “ it was set for 14 minutes”. She didn’t offer to fix the problem at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Why did this location tell me dimond member beds have to wait 25 min for them to cool down? I had to use a lower level bed. If you call they say three min. Staff with the black hair not friendly. This use to be great location. Location on Ridge always friendly and fast.

Staff was very personable and willing to help. I asked a lot of questions and took a lot of time to decide, and they never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. They helped me find the package and products that worked best for me, without trying to push expensive items. Very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this location to friends!

I don’t go tanning often but I’m happy I picked this location. It’s convenient with lots of parking. I called before and talked to the manager on the phone and went in later in the evening and she remembered me. She was very sweet and accommodating. She was patient with explaining everything & answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. 😀 Just an excellent customer service experience all around.

Super annoyed. Showed the girl an email from corporate showing I should have a free membership for their fault of billing me 6 month’s past my cancellation. The girl was nice but the manager immediately shut her down and did not accommodate. The girl and the manager at the Brooklyn location took the time to Comp tan me and then contacted corp to get their system updated. That’s good customer service. While it may not be your error, it’s not the customers either. Wasted drive out here and wasted 20+ minutes in line. What more can I show you than an email from your corporate office?? I was ready to buy a few mystic tan sprays too after her good job with the demo for someone else. Thanks for forcing me to drive to Brooklyn now. Super

I’m not a committed tanner, but I do like to get a base tan before vacation. Raven and Christopher were very welcoming. They were obviously very busy, but Raven took the time to help me pick out what package would be best for me. I felt very comfortable with my choice as she explained everything very well. I tanned for my second time today and Shannon put me in a different bed and explained the difference between this bed and the one I used last time. I’m just happy to have found a place where the employees educate customers and the atmosphere is friendly.
