I called ahead to make sure they were available for 3 people to tan which they said they did. I go into the store and a girl is working the counter giving me and my two friends the run around. She claimed I never called ahead, and wasted about 10 minutes of my time trying to set up an account for me then they wouldn’t even accept my ID. We went somewhere else. Poor customer service. Will not be coming back.

The staff at Mentor PBT is awesome. Every-time I walk in I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a cheerful hello. They get to know all of their customers and call you by name. The staff and beds here are both incredible!! It’s super clean, doesn’t have that weird “burnt skin” smell that most tanning places have. Definitely recommend going!

These ladies are phenomenal and educated. Ladies are so sweet and the place is always clean and neat. I leave with a smile on my face and happy. I use to be TNT VIP I will never go back.
