RIDICULOUS! Out of state and wanted to freshen up my tan. Two young girls, couldn’t get beds to work for girl in front of me, they moved her to a second bed, the girl came out, said bed wouldn’t work…had to leave to go to work, WITHOUT tanning…wasted the girl’s time. Then, for a walk-in, the girl said that would be $42!!!! What? For a walk-in? So I reviewed the prices. This was the cheaper [almost the cheapest level] bed, stand-up, no bronzers, and a PACKET of lotion! So I “downgraded” my lotion to level 3…still a total of $38.90 for a walk-in. Never again. I travel often and have been to many salons…this was ridiculous! And for the tan…can’t tell.

I was an employee at this store and I can tell you now this is not a place you want to tan! One they fire there employees for not being there for medical reasons they wipe the beds down with mop water solution the only time the store get cleaned is at the end of the month during inspection they only want you to come in and buy stuff to help them get money they talk about there costumers when they leave definitely not a place I would recommend

The staff is awesome! I had probably 100 questions on every different type of tanning bed and spray tan offered. Alexis one of the managers answered every one of them and made me feel super comfortable. I tried their top tanning bed that uses a sensor to match skin tone and got a spray tan as well with a few additives. This was the best spray tan I’ve ever had, in fact I signed up for an unlimited monthly package of spray tans for $49.95. Let the girls there tell you what color works best for your skin and I promise you wont be disappointed!

I have been tanning For over twenty years in multiple states. So I say if you are tanning in Lorain County, Palm Beach Tan is the only way to go. The beds are high end, the bulbs seem fresh and hot, it’s always very clean, but for me it’s all about the service. I wouldn’t keep going back if I didn’t feel welcome. The staff has been great, and the shift leader Kate is super helpful and kind. She is always happy to explain how the different beds in my package work for my tan and how to use the controls on each of the beds. Great people and great facility. The price is fine for the service and equipment provided.. shoot I would pay over a $100 a month on Hilton Head island to fry in low grade beds. The services you get from the premium plan that Palm Beach tan provides is phenomenal in my book.
