Very unpleasant experience, they did not tell me that it was a reoccurring charge if I did not personally cancel it. I specified that i only wanted 1 month back in may had no problems in june and then they proceeded to charge a separate card that i did not give permission on in the month of july.

I just used their new level 3 bed… It’s AMAZING! Don’t like the wait time on beds, but hoping that will get better once all the beds have been replaced and all rooms are open. Staff was courteous and informative (showed me how to used the fancy bed lol)

The beds are good but the catch is they won’t give you a choice of paying it monthly. They want your account number so they can take it. I signed up for the first time and they went from the charge of the package I wanted and they added taxes and other charges. By the time it was done they had charged me twice the amount. Won’t go back
