I have been tanning with PBT since it opened and the best salon in Columbus. I have always had an excellent customer experience, which includes a clean, quality tan. I just encountered Paige on Saturday and she is EXCEPTIONAL! Extremely hard to hire committed and caring employees, when the hourly pay is minimal. Paige will grow with your business, maintain current clients and obtain new. I would love to see her receive a raise, it certainly is warranted.

I’m a frequent tanner who is not from the area. I attempted to purchase a single session while my wife was at the salon next door. I was told I could only purchase a session for half the maximum time since I’ve never tanned at that specific location before. Extremely inconvenient for me. The person working the desk wasn’t the nicest person in the world either.

Love the girls there!!!!! Cody and I clash over signing the tanning agreement six times in one month between two locations so as I paid for items he threw my change at me it landed on the floor where I left it, since then he’s called me not so nice names as he didn’t realize after I left my husband was still in the salon. I always go when I know the young ladies are working otherwise he ignores my husband and I and walks away. Love my experiences otherwise just think Cody may needs to take a customer service class and management training, as a manager you cannot always be right just as the customer is not always right, there’s a happy medium he needs to find

I really appreciate their patience and expertise when picking out products. I appreciate that they actually know chemically how the product works and is beneficial. I can be a skeptic to tanning and they made me feel more comfortable. Also love that there is almost never a wait and if so it’s quick.

Staff member was wearing little mermaid pajama bottoms and acted like she didn’t know how to search for people in the computer due to being new. Had to ask for help from Kimber (GM). Kimber then proceeded to engage the person behind us and thank her for her patience instead of us. She then verbatim said to her, “You are my favorite, don’t tell the others.” Maybe don’t say that in front of other customers? We will stick with the Westerville location. They are more professional.
