Have been going to this location for years, but about 5 yrs ago was located in Cincinnati for a bit and checked out multiple locations there. Bethel Rd exceeds any of those by a mile as far as knowledge, cleanliness and friendliness. Caitlin the current manager at the Bethel location is one of maybe 2 others in the 12 yrs as a member that just knocks it out of the park. She is an asset to the business.

The person working (who was training someone) told me my email address was “douchey.” I had never been in a tanning salon before and was pretty apprehensive about being judged. Glad they took the time to be judgemental. Will be cancelling membership as soon as my free month is up.

My very favorite location. But…..it’s about time to with fix the Versa Spa or replace it. Everytime I come in for a spray tan it messes up during my spray. Half a spray or just sprays from one side or doesn’t do anything on the first pass and then I have to hit the stop butron so I don’t end up with a jacked up spray.

They do a great job here. They perhaps push extra sales of products like lotiona and tanning extenders too much but I am guessing that that is part of their job. Of course due to COVID-19 there aren’t the usual deodorant or q tips, baby wipes etc to use but again that isn’t their fault. Very friendly!

I was in town for manager training for 3 weeks, this place was great! Kinda pricey but if you have the extra money it’s def worth it. Amanda was awesome and very knowledgeable about all the lotions, I was impressed!

I want to take a moment to recognize a staff member who is consistently wonderful. Kenzie (spelling?) is such a kind and welcoming presence even when super busy and is very efficient. While she offers me products and keeps tabs on my supply, I don’t feel like she’s ‘bullying’ me into purchasing (which is my biggest pet peeve about this place). I understand it is a business, but this (tanning) is a luxury/optional purchase for most of us and the products are so expensive. I also appreciate her respectful approach of getting me in and out quickly. She’s an absolute gem!
