This is the first tanning place I’ve been to, and it’s been, for the most part, a decent experience. The beds are clean, and I’ve never had to wait for one. After the first month of start up fees, it’s pretty affordable. I do wish some of the staff were more knowledgeable, though. The girl that was signing me up claimed that I could not use my tanning lotion solely because I had bought it off of Amazon. She then made me buy a single use packet of lotion that was $15 (did not tell me the price of it, or my total before charging my card). There was a list of “unapproved” lotions that they had, which are based on the ingredients, and my lotion was not on there… She also said the start up fee was $20 instead of $25, so imagine my surprise when with all of this combined, I got charged $62 for a $15 per month membership. Just started tanning here and had a great experience. The girl at the desk helped me find the right lotion for my goals and explained everything I needed to know being a newbie. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Only gripe is they only give you 7 mins before the bed auto starts so you have to be fast with undressing and putting on your lotion. Recommend the manager extend this to 10 mins. Overall great experience and will be returning weekly.

Excellent staff and service I was a tan pro person for years, they welcomed me in, looked up my minutes I still had left with Tan pro so I got to still keep those minutes plus I bought more from Palm Beach. Staff friendly and great. Beds are fantastic !

I’ve been there before, not for a few years though. My paperwork is on file even though it had been a few years. I get signing new forms, but this still took 15-20minutes to complete. Then there was a $20 sign up fee(which I was fine with.) But… she told me I could wave the fee if I bought a lotion, I asked for a couple of prices for a couple different bottles she told me the prices. I guess when she told me the prices, she was guessing. It took an additional 15 minutes for her to tell me the correct prices. At this point I had been there for 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten a lotion or been able to tan. I had to leave without tanning after spending $70 because of this process. I don’t know if the process just takes that long or if the clerk was just that slow, either way I’ll go to a different location.
