Good afternoon I am submitting this message for the excellent customer service that Emily does at your Pickerington location, she is always a pleasure to speak to, very positive and professional. Emily takes her time and makes you feel welcome, she looks out for the customer and is knowledgeable of the products and services. Thank you for having Emily on your staff, she is amazing.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a membership for several years and 99% of the time, I come to this location nothing but total confusion. Tanning beds shut off mid tan, they forget to start the beds, and lastly have a nasty attitude. The only thing they’re persistent in is pushing products. Would likely be a better establishment if they didn’t pay minimum wage with a commission for selling products.Service: TanningHad a membership for several years and 99% of the time, I come to this location nothing but total confusion. Had a membership for several years and 99% of the time, I come to this location nothing but total confusion. Tanning beds shut off mid tan, they forget to start the beds, and lastly have a nasty attitude. The only thing they’re persistent in is pushing products. Would likely be a better establishment if they didn’t pay minimum wage with a commission for selling products.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe beds are awesome, However the people that work there are not.. I have had several problems there with the assistant and the manager. My first issue was that I and bought a jwoww lotion, used it 1 time and had an allergic reaction to the lotion. I called to ask about the return policy and was told i could bring it in since i had a reaction but upon coming in i was told it was 7 days with no exception. There was no sign about 7 days and nor was i told about it. so i had to go back and fourth with the manager and the DM for in the end to just get tan dollars, i simply just wanted to exchange for a lotion i could actually use. Then, i was told with the package i have that i could bring in my mom and sister for them to try out the same level bed i have on one day of the week, and when i did that they told me no. so that was very upsetting i was lied to. This Location’s customer service was horrible. I just felt very dismissed about the whole situation. Luckily i have a palm beach by where i work or i would have cancelled my membership. not to mention I’m a mom of 2 so when i get out its my me time. The beds are awesome, However the people that work there are not.. I have had several problems there with the assistant and the manager. My first issue was that I and bought a jwoww lotion, used it 1 time and had an allergic reaction to the lotion.
