I have had problems with my account in the past and it was hard to get a manager above the one in the salon I spoke to but it is possible if you google the corporate office and leave a message. Someone will call you back. That person was great, listened, and fixed my account. They have new people in there this summer though and they seem really nice, especially Kinnley who is the new GM. I appreciate that Cabana Tan is a locally owned business and I really wanted to support them but the beds at Palm Beach are far more superior. If you want a good tan it’s gotta be Palm Beach!

This is the place to go for both tanning and spray if you want it to look beautiful and natural. You can walk in palioli and leave a bronzed babe! It would be 5 if the prices were not so incredibly high!! The highest package is $120/month (and the only one that includes spray), but you still have to pay for the spray additives which are an extra $10-20 per spray. Although I will say… after spraying the first time, you will look amazing.

By far the worst experience I ever had with a tanning salon. Awful customer service. Even went as far as calling the customer service line since they were not willing to fix the issue in store. I still haven’t received a call back. I took my business down the road to kabanna tan and that was by far the best choice here in town! They are friendly, nice, and don’t try to push you to upgrade. You don’t receive that from palm beach. This place is a joke. They don’t care about their customers and I do not recommend coming here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in for a tanWas told I needed to pay for my current month. So I did then was told account was froze that I had to pay 300.00 from 3 years ago! I had been tanning with no issues for a few months and now it is an issue. The catch is the time frame they claim I was needing to pay for I wasn’t even tanning. So they charged me for the current month and I still couldn’t tan. I called customer service have to wait 48 hours called the store no answer. Customer service is not a thing. I stopped tanning for the last 5-6 years and decided to start again. When I went in to get all the information I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and knowledgeable the employees were. I’ve been going for about a month now and I love how I’m always greeted right away when I walk in. The best thing is that I never feel pressured to buy products or upgrade when they are telling me about them, which I know is their job. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
