I went in to tan today and got told I had to wait a little over an hour to tan because I tanned at 6 the day before. I will never do business ever again with this company. Any place I’ve ever tanned at has a once day a policy totally understandable, here it’s 24hour policy. I’m a mom and can’t just tan whenever I want. I went in to tan today and got told I had to wait a little over an hour to tan because I tanned at 6 the day before. I will never do business ever again with this company. And others should be aware of the 24 hour policy before paying for their services.

Critical: ProfessionalismSalon is very clean, prices are reasonable and equipment is nice. Unfortunately the staff is beyond unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re a nuisance when visiting for a service you prepaid for. Their level of rudeness makes the entire experience uncomfortable and I honestly dread my visits. So much so that I cancelled my membership and have started going to facility that has inferior equipment and is not as clean. BUT the staff at the other place doesn’t make me feel like a burden. Salon is very clean, prices are reasonable and equipment is nice. Unfortunately the staff is beyond unprofessional. They make you feel like you’re a nuisance when visiting for a service you prepaid for. Their level of rudeness makes the entire experience uncomfortable and I honestly dread my visits. While I was in the tanning be trying to relax they started turning the channels on the music and when they found what they wanted the music went louder. I was never shown the button to turn it off. I found that when I got out of the bed. When I said something to the girls they replied to me about being able to turn it off. I explained I was here to relax and changing around the music then playing it super loud didnt help. They had nothing to say. If your going to have such young staff put someone older there to keep them in check. I pay my 50 a month just to lay in a bed for 12 minutes 2 times a week and relax. When I walked in there were two girls sitting on the floor behind the counter. While I was in the tanning be trying to relax they started turning the channels on the music and when they found what they wanted the music went louder. I was never shown the button to turn it off. I found that when I got out of the bed. When I said something to the girls they replied to me about being able to turn it off. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am severely burnt all over and in major pain. She put me in the stand up bed for 10 minutes. Didn’t bother to mention new bulbs or advise that it would be too long for me. In my home state they are so cautious and I’ve never, ever been burned like this, as I’ve have been a member for 7+ years. I’m in so much pain right now my entire body is burnt, this shouldn’t have happened, it was grand negligence. I am severely burnt all over and in major pain. She put me in the stand up bed for 10 minutes. Didn’t bother to mention new bulbs or advise that it would be too long for me. In my home state they are so cautious and I’ve never, ever been burned like this, as I’ve have been a member for 7+ years.
