If you would like to go to a tanning place that has good customer service and knowledge of their products, go ahead and skip this location. Their manager is clueless and likes to give you the runaround. I reported an issue 4 times in store before I had to call in to speak to her. Once we initially spoke, it took another 2 weeks before we spoke again and I once again had to reach out to her.

About 2 months ago I switched to Palm Beach Tan due to LA Tan closing in my area. I had been with them since I was 16 years old freezing my account when not in use. Fast forward 9 years & I was a little wary when my tanning place closed because I hadn’t heard anything yet about Palm Beach Tan. They were 1 of the few tanning places left & the price was higher than I was used to paying monthly. So far I’ve been to 3 or 4 different Palm Beach Tan locations & I have nothing but nice things to say. The staff is extremely friendly at all locations!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value“SKIP THIS PLACE” FRAUDULENT CHARGES !!!!!!!I am writing in such disbelief of customer service and lack of urgency when it comes to taking care of your customers. My fiancé got a membership here which she was doped into thinking that it was “ the best deal they had”. She paid $495 to get the membership and than was going to be charged $70-80 a month . After being totally confused and forced into this deal with thier sale tactics we decided after a few months that this is not worth it so we decided to cancel. We called to cancel and we’re advised to come in and fill out an form to make sure we don’t get charged anymore. So we did go in to fill out the form. However after seeing a charge of $112 show up on my bank statement we decided to call the tan place. We called numerous times and kept getting a run around on when the manager will be in. Seems to me that every time we call this manager is not in and seems so weird that when my fiancé will call from her phone it will always go busy tone but when I call from my cell they will pickup right away. ( THEY PROB BLOCKED HER NUMBER IS MY GUESS)Today we spoke to another employee who advised us that the manager will give us 2mo. Of free tanning which we do not want . ALL WE ARE ASKING IS FOR OUR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THATS ALL!!Today the lady on the phone said that she will try her hardest to get us the money back as she she is not manager. I will personally be taking this to ch. 6 on your side or any other affiliates that can get to the bottom of the extreme abuse of power here.I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THIERE MEMBERSHIPS AS THEY WILL CAHRGE YOUR CARD WHATEVER AND WHENEVER. The girls are very friendly there and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is I bought the highest pkg. Spent 200.00 on April 9 for a month of tanning, but because I started on the 9th. And on May 1 they charge another membership fee of $90.00 I lost 9 days of tanning because I started late in the month. So I dont get charged in my another $90.00 I had to freeze my account for $7.00.
