Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis used to be a friendly place but now employees are crass, unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful. They do not know how to multi task at all and aren’t trained properly. Customer service is terrible especially in the last year. I went in and literally waited 30 minutes to tan when I was one of two clients. One client she was helping asked every question imaginable about every single lotion and then had to be shown several beds and how they function. She could and should have checked me in to tan which takes less than 60 seconds and then finished up with that client. It’s called multi tasking, basic logic and common sense which evidently they do not have. Train the employees correctly the first time! I have been patronizing this facility on and off for five years and will cancel end of this month due to these extremely negative issues. It’s beyond unacceptable. They also cheat their customers now due to losing money and trying to recoup due to the pandemic. They cheat 6 minutes initially, then 4, then 2, etc. This adds up quickly and when you multiple that by their entire database of customers, that’s thousands the owner cheated from consumers. I would give a zero if possible. Go elsewhere where proper business etiquette is known and practiced 24/7. Many beds are old and outdated with no routine bulb replacement. One of multiple ways they cheat you. Always clean and friendly and j like the new bed they have up front gets u dark pretty fast I only have time to go like once or twice a week my work schedule is very busy but it keeps my color very nice

I went in to get a spray tan before I was going for a work trip to Las Vegas. The staff was friendly (besides the manager Hannah), but when I got out of the spray tan booth I noticed the spray tan didn’t go on properly. When I spoke to the manager Hannah, she said I had to use my own hands to rub it in and that there’s nothing she could do- she was snotty and didn’t care about a customers experience. There was another customer in there who got up and left- they were just as rude to her!

Critical: ProfessionalismMost of the staff is super friendly and I’ve never had an issue with the beds or cleanliness. However Hannah is super rude to all the customers and she talks to you like your an idiot. I guess she’s the manager of the store?

Clean. Good beds. The staff is friendly, however they have a high turn over rate, so customers get differing information with each visit. That has been my experience anyway. I would still recommend the place, just keep in mind the staff nember you get probably is “the new girl”.

My wife goes in here all the time and is always not thrilled with the environment but was overwhelmingly happy when they hired a new person named Maddie. She explained to me that she’s greeted with a smile and she seems to be enjoying her job. Nice to see with kids these days.
