EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!! The staff was as friendly as any tanning salon I’ve been to. Not awesome, not awful. The salon seemed clean. My biggest complaint is the price. I used a 10 min bed and they strongly suggested I only go for half the time. I split the difference and went in for 8 minutes. I got zero tan and the one session cost $30….. It was a total disappointment.

Great employees. My only issue is that i don’t have a bank account or credit cards so when you pay cash its a lot higher. But it was worth it because the beds are extra clean and the employee was very helpful and courteous

I will not be totally negative. It is very clean and nice. The girls work hard and are friendly. However I bought the best package supposedly $99 dollars. For the new beds and all the spray tanning you want BUT there are extra fees they do Not tell you about. And the girls must get commission for product sales they are almost rude about selling products. It was over the top!!!! By the time I finished paying it was $170 and they ask for $24 more dollars to spray tan each time???? She said well the spray tan is free but the product for the machine to spray cost extra REALLY? You decide? And I bought product that was suppose to be for both but ONLY if you do both the same day I was told later. ??? No trust there you cannot do business like that?

Don’t believe the $14.95 special! Because then they ask for over $30 more for each spray tan visit. Not sure what I was paying $14.95 for??? The first time I went my tan was gone in 3 days. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the girls that work there are very friendly and try to be helpful. They deserve a 5. But PBT is a conn.

Love the girls that work here. They always answer all of my questions, enthusiastically! They’re all so polite and hospitable. Salon is always clean! Beds are great! Great selection of lotions, etc too!

Never actually been here but my wife did some package where they took the money straight from our account. She called in to cancel and they said she had to come in and sign. When at last she did she was notified she had a $75 credit, but could only use it there, on merchandise, no refunds. I do not like to rate local businesses poorly and I am not saying they’re a bad business. If you’re looking to tan, just read the fine print before purchasing here.

I did not like that they’re is a$25. Start up fee. I’ve tanned 6 times now and don’t even look like I’ve been tanning at all. Plus I have to cancel my package, in person, or I will be charged every month. Not satisfied with this business at all.

Sooo I was that customer tonight that showed up 10 minutes before closing because I got stuck at a railroad crossing for 20 minutes! I was hesitant on going in because I don’t like to make people leave later than they’re supposed to. I was fully prepared to take a shorter tanning time, the employee that helped me (I should have gotten her name) instead of being short and rude with me she was super nice and instead of cutting me short she put in me for the full time. Today was a rough day and tanning is my release on these kind of days! Once again PBT didn’t let me down, the staff here is always pleasant, they don’t rush ya, they will answer 100 questions if ya have them! I will forever be a PBT member because of little things like tonight! The manager here is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known and it reflects on her staff! This is the best place to tan, absolutely no question about it!

I am not normally the type of person that frequents a tanning salon because I cannot stand when a company hires young girls to run their business. The reason is that they are not friendly or helpful, especially when you are an older woman. I didn’t find that yesterday when I signed up. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.

I havent had a bad experience there! Been a member for a few months, absolutely love it there! Clean environment every time. Lots of different options for tanning preferences. Love the workers there, they make you feel like best friends! Only thing i would suggest is to add more music channels/options while in the bed. I love the country music but would like other choices sometimes.
