If you’re in need of a new tanning lotion but don’t know what to get, ask for Carly! This girl works her butt off & is at this location 6 days a week. She helped me update my account since my credit card was closed due to fraud activity. She also helped me select a new tanning lotion, Awe Struck. While I was waiting, they provided the same experience to another first-timer which shows me they are consistently professional. I will definitely be returning back to this location, the pricing is great and they are informative, and not pushy, about add-ons!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been a PBT member for over 5 years & I’ve always preferred Hilliard over any other PBT salon. But that has drastically changed recently. I’m used to the excellent standards that they’ve had for years in their entire staff’s character, honesty, tanning knowledge, and the salon’s cleanliness.I believe the staff or employee training has recently changed because the entire salon’s cleanliness and dynamic has too. I can no longer walk into PBT & see the typical smiling faces & outstanding service, or just relax in a “clean” bed. My relaxing tanning sessions have been ruined by their negative attitudes, snarky comments, and completely unhygienic beds. We are living in a pandemic and the tanning beds/rooms are almost ALWAYS covered in lotion and/or sweat from previous customers!!I am very disappointed in what the Hilliard PBT salon has become. Only want to show you the top two most expensive package/beds, don’t want to really show you anything else at all. Girl had a snotty, better than you attitude when I asked any questions about any of the lower level beds that she didn’t show me even when I asked about them. I had every intention in signing up for at least a year at this location due to convenience to where I live, instead I left and signed up elsewhere further from home with almost the highest package just because they were more personable and showed me every level of bed, gave me pros and cons, how they worked etc and answered all my questions.

I am very satisfied with Palm Beach Tan and their services. I have not had any problems or issues come up yet. I have only been tanning here for a little over a month.
