I used to be a Tan Pro customer. I just found out they sold the business to Palm Beach. Comparing the fee I used to pay to Palm Beach is double and half higher. Of course, I have to pay $70.00 a month to get a discount on each visit. It means I have to pay Palm Beach because they used their bank account to buy out the Tan Pro. Now, they need to fill up the investment back and charge me over $40.00 for just 10 minutes of tanning! (including the one-time little lotion)

I watched a girl help 3 people before me with her mask under her chin the entire time. When I asked her before she helped me if she minded wearing her mask she stared at me like we haven’t been in a pandemic for a year. Then couldn’t even keep it over her nose. Then she pulled it back down to help the people after me. Since this location has no concern for their customers safety, I’ll be finding a new location or canceling my membership. At the very least, practice what you require of your customers and the health dept. The workers either don’t wear masks or can’t figure out how to wear them properly. Every time I come in. Today I finally decided to say something. I watched a girl help 3 people before me with her mask under her chin the entire time. I go to the Sawmill Rd location and the manager – Sam – she is terrific! She has a very warm welcome, she has great knowledge of which products you should use to extend your tan and she is always positive/upbeat. I can’t say enough great things – I will always return to this store as long as she is running it.

After relocating to Ohio a few months ago I was worried I wouldn’t find a tanning salon as clean, friendly, affordable, convenient and helpful as the one I adored back home. Originally I enrolled at Palm Beach Tan (PBT) location in the Delaware, OH and was quickly discouraged and disappointed after my first few visits there. I wasn’t sure if my membership was available to use at any PBT salon so once I was settled in Powell, I walked into this PHENOMENAL location on Sawmill Road and was immediately greeted with genuine help, kindness, and superior customer service. I am so thankful for the experience I received from Sam and her coworkers and have never looked back since. I will continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to my visits at this location (especially when I can enjoy the promotional offers and diverse product selection they offer). I highly recommend this PBT salon!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Ciara (I know I am spelling her name incorrectly ) always does a great job! Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have her; she is a fantastic manager and team player ! I came in to the salon at a busier part of the afternoon and was impressed to see all staff members were working together to effectively manage the business/clientele that was present. I am not shocked by this observation because the Dublin team is always on their “A” game.

The staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable, able to help me pick out the best lotions, package, and beds for what I needed. Always pleasant when I come in even including when I’ve walked in a couple minutes before close. I would highly recommend this location as well as Palm Beach Tan in general to everyone!

Sawmill staff is not as friendly as compared to say the Bethel Road staff. I go to Sawmill because it is closer to my home but I would rather go to the bath oil because I feel more comfortable when I go there to tan. That is one of the reasons why I am canceling my membership with Palm Beach Tan. Because of the unfriendly staff.
