Don’t understand why they close 7pm on Saturdays cause if I go at 8pm on Friday and they close 7pm the next day that means I can’t go since they have a 24 hrs rule to tan again which means I couldn’t tan til 8pm how’s that possible if they close 7pm Saturdays SMH but yet they call it unlimited tanning ♀️

This is not my normal location however as soon as I walked in Ally the manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. She didn’t hesitate to ask me how my day was and make sure I was good on tanning lotion. Afterwards she wished me a good day with a smile on her face. Great customer service and I will definitely return when in the area again!

Since Palm Beach came to Delaware they have done a great job. The salon has always been clean but all the new equipment and paint makes it a very nice salon. Sierra the manager is so kind and helpful from knowing all the new line of lotions and the the operation and benefits of the new equipment especially knowing me from before she has helped take my tanning to new richness of skin care and color!

The staff in the Delaware, OH store is awesome! They all know me by my first/last name. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the store and beds are very clean. The new beds are great…..long lasting results and great color!

They have all new beds with loads of cool features and freshly painted walls. The staff is super nice too. It’s a little pricy for me but over winter it’s a nice e treat once a week.

I am so incredibly unhappy with the results of my spray tan. The spray missed several areas of my body. When I expressed this displeasure, said I had unwanted lines, and that I didn’t think this was for me, the costumer service agents said “At least you know now”. That not a huge deal had the tan stayed on my body. I was told to shower 4 hours after my spray tan. I did so and all of my tan rinsed right off. After doing more reading, I found that 6-8 hours is the optimal time to wait for a tan. This is a huge waste of money. So unhappy
