Love the beds, they are hot, they have bronzing beds, red beds, blue beds, stand up beds, they also have mystic tan and another spray tan I forget the name but the mystic tan lasts way longer! The color is amazing! I love this place!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this location 3 times now. I struggle with the staff because they are not the most personable or professional. One time the young lady was downright rude. There are also times when the spray tan room does not have the necessary items- hair net, goggles, nose plugs, etc. I’m not a complainer and I’ve always had good service at the Burlington and Hebron locations but this location could use some support.I’ve been to this location 3 times now. I have been a customer for about 6 month. The staff is friendly and it’s a very clean place. But seriously thinking about leaving. When I first got my package it was supposed to be 29.99. But they were taking $48 from my bank account. I said something to them and they said oh that girl who opened is no longer here. And would not change it. So I told them to take me to the lowest bed for 14 dollars. And they told me to wait until a certain date. It’s starting to get ridiculous.

I’ve been a client for I guess 2 years? Only the Mystic airbrush Tan but it’s great & due to my busy schedule with my Sons I normally can only get away once per month as it is. Customer service is 100% important & Madison has always had my back. I was even Sick on March 31st & she reserved my month of March and moved it forward as my youngest son had surgery for his ears & there was no way I could have “used” my Paid month. Madison is Amazing!! Always Friendly Sweet Generous & Precious. I will definitely keep my membership even if I can’t always Use it. I actually was going to cancel at one point thinking “this is silly I rarely use it” BUT after the amazing customer service by Madison??… I am here to Stay 😉 … I am actually coming in Today!! lol

I’ve been a customer for 2 years with great experience until recently. There has been a new manager on site and she is not nice but even that isn’t the reason I cancelled my account. I had to wait the last several times I came in and wasn’t acknowledged at all. Two people were “working” but I waited and waited as one continued chatting with a customer, manager finally checked in person in front of me but had to go clean the bed. When I give her my name she says it will be about 12 minutes. I said “why are there no beds available”. No. I said how about upgrading me to next level since there were beds available and I also said I don’t use the upgrades when they are offered free because I don’t prefer those beds, so maybe she could just put me in one of those. She wouldn’t even consider it. That’s when I said to just cancel my account. She said ok and off I went. Palm Beach Tan should empower their managers to make customer service decisions like this. I’m retired now but have spent my entire adult life working in customer service industry, and that seemed like a no-brainer to me without even considering that I’ve spent a lot of money with Palm Beach Tan. Very Poor! P.S. I have given good reviews via email in the past when asked about a specific visit, the managers and staff used to be overly friendly.

It doesn’t help that when told to contact customer service and I do so I can’t get a response from them either, I have contacted them twice now and have yet to hear a word – 12 days later. Very unhappy with the service provided from the Palm Beach staff members, Ryleigh in particular. Customer service and communication are lacking. I’ve been a customer since 2007 and cancelled my membership today. I do not appreciate the condescending attitude & will take my business elsewhere.
