Critical: ProfessionalismI am a long time Spray tan client, and due to the Covid19, of course I havent been spray tanning. A GM called 3 months ago and set me up on the lower price per month which would accrue Credit. That was fine with me. However, with the partial reopening I wanted to check on my account status/credits etc… Normally I go to the 41042 Mall Road location b/c we own 2 homes and have been mostly staying in Fort Mitchell. When I do business it is with Madison (manager) at the Florence PBT. Madison is not only professional, kind & Friendly but always gives 100% customer service. Unfortunately… the phone service at Florence location only rings Busy due to phone issues? So I called the crescent springs location this morning and spoke with “manager” Mariah. Mariah was NOT friendly and seemed agitated as if I was wasting her Time. I was simply asking questions about My account! Prior to the Covid closing I had TWO spray tan visits which were Secured with NO expirations. I was guaranteed of this. That when things resumed I would still have those 2 with No expiring. When I spoke to Mariah she stated that Yes I did have 2 but one expires Tomorrow??… and one end of June. PBT needs to understand that #1 some clients don’t feel comfortable going back asap during this time to a public place. #2 that we should Not be penalized if we want to wait til things are Safer to start resuming tanning. Again, I have been a long time client & by asking pertinent questions about my Account today I was treated short, rude & as if my inquiries were Exhausting & a Bother. During the Covid time I’ve still been charged & have a Partial credit… but the fact my NO EXP visits Fact are now ignored & how Dismissive Mariah was to me…. It was Very Dissapointing. I will also be sending this to corporate. For the GM’s reading this? You should know that Madison at the PBT Florence on Mall Road is a Valuable asset.
