Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My account …a yearly membership was bought out by Palm Beach after Sun Spa (acrosd the street)just up and closed…with no notice to me a 3 year customer But I gotta say…it was a blessing because these beds are suberb. No more sweating my buns off and I can pick my own tunes and actually hear them while I tan. I was so relaxed and cool I fell asleep. Palm Beach ….my new favorite place to tan!

Worst spray tan i’ve ever had. I just moved from Florida and have been getting mystic branded spray tans for 10+ years. Came in for a tan before a vacation, was talked into adding the enhancer to my spray tan (an additional $7-10) which I NEVER use and my tans last up to two weeks. Left the tan on overnight, so probably 8-9 hours and by day 3 my tan was completely gone. Biggest waste of $50.

I have tanned for about twenty five years and Never not even when I purchased my package been told I have to wait exactly 24 hours between visits. Yes we all hopefully know only once a day but 24 hours , Really. So it’s an inconvenient to tan ? No it shouldn’t be , most of us work and if I tan one day at 2 because I’m in between jobs then the next day I want to tan at 1 because I’m off work early and don’t want to get back out once I’m home , No I’m told I have to come back at 2. No this is not convenient at all !!! So I pay for a service to be told when I can tan , that’s bs dictating. So they make it a scheduled ordeal so , make appointments. If I want to go two or three days in a row better make sure my work schedule and my life is the same every day. Really !!! This will be my first and last package. Maybe put a notification up on the wall js.

This place is a complete scam moved away from the area and they still charge my card they said I would have to come in to cancel my membership.I live 3 hours from there location so 8 have to take a whole day off to travel there.They are thieves.
