I went in for info on tanning and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by both ladies behind the counter. The young lady that spoke with me and gave me a tour of the beds was knowledgeable and friendly. I have not purchased a package YET but I do recommend stopping by and allowing one of the ladies to show you around.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review for this palm beach tan. When I first called, I was told of spray tan specials that would be validated as long as I signed up by the first of the month. I relocated to this area for work and the special sounded amazing. I made plans to drive out to ocean springs on my off day (before the 1st) to sign up for this special. When I tell you that the employees have no idea what’s going on around here, I mean it. The employee on this Sunday the (30th) told me that the special did not exist. Then told me the special expired on the 27th (the day I called) when I was told the special lasted until the 1st. I specifically asked on the 27th if I had to come that day and they told me that no I could have until the 1st so I made my plans accordingly. Fast forward to Monday (1st) when I called to talk with a manager about the problem, and was told there was nothing that can be done. I’m highly upset that things were told to me, then not honored, and then nothing can be done about it? Terrible customer service.
