Tanning beds and facility are very nice, and the staff is friendly and welcoming (mostly). A bit discomfort having to electronicly sign documents without being able to view the writing or have a printed out or emailed copy. Cannot beat the monthly basic tanning rate, worth trying out.

I am visiting my Dad here in Gulfport,MS and have a membership in Pensacola, Florida. The employees were extremely helpful, so nice, and helped me out by explaining step by step of how to spray tan unlike the Palm Beach Tan in Pensacola, Florida whom were extremely rude and did not show me anything. They were more worried about getting my money instead.

For $100/month, you would think they would keep their best beds in top condition. But they don’t. Instead, they pretend its not an issue. Warning: if you press your point, they threaten to call the cops and put you on phone with the “manager”. Then when the absent manager says she is unaware of any of this and says you can tan, they still don’t allow you to tan and instead have the cops escort you out. The cops say “this place sucks, tan somewhere else”… what else can be said? Do you want this in your tanning experience? It’s absurd.

I have tried for 3 months to cancel my membership. I’ve done all they have asked, including cancelling in person at my home location. 3 months later they continue to draft my account. Home location will not help and corporate does not return phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am having to change bank and card info to stop them from billing and report their transactions as fraud. BUYER BEWARE.

Im an employee of the pour house, and my car was towed because of the personal differences between the 2. Ive had to pay a hefty fee just to get my car back before it was being towed because evidently the owner has a problem with the pour house business, especially when their business is closed, the time the pour house had their business. But evidently, our business parking is disrupting their business at 8-9am. The fact that the pour house customers that park there during the early- late night hours take away their business, is NOT disrupting their business, but everybody who parked there, NOW, has to get their vehicle out of a tow yard, which will cost no less than $250 (per D&D TOWING CO.) So whatever you do, don’t park in their parking lot if you ever want to go to the pour house!
