If I could give a 0 rating it’s exactly what I’d give for the last year or 2. I’ve been a member here for years and it used to be top notch, but lately it’s just been excuse after excuse and zero concern and zero attempt to fix the concerns voiced repeatedly. I have been paying )109.95 monthly and actually more than that at times which should cover better service and better quality of products, and frequent relamping – or you’d think. In addition to that fee for unlimited tanning and spraying it’s $10-20 to “customize” the tan already being paid for – which has always been ridiculous in my opinion, but nevertheless I’ve paid it. Spray tanning used to be absolutely top notch , then solutions were swapped to a cheaper brand , and Versa was removed all together… but for the last 2 months , they’ve been out of the custom colors , so the color option is deep dorito – oh – but they don’t even tell you that , or offer to reduce your monthly fee bc you can’t even spray – just excuses and “oh I love that color on you” which is a laugh bc orange is no one’s color! Not to mention the luxury beds being paid for with blue tooth and aroma mists don’t even have those options working… I could go on and on , but as I’ve mentioned, it’s done Zero good to even talk to the regional manager about it all. So, I recommend shopping around if you’re considering signing up.

I have been going for a week or so now and I love it. I have a more visible tan in a shorter time than any where else. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the beds, lotions, as well as helpful. Clean establishment, clean beds. I love the variety of beds, lotions, and packages they offer. Open early and late, which is great for me at times.

Have been to several locations. This one is by far the best. The VersaSpa spray tan always comes out smooth and looks natural. The booth is clean and well-maintained. Also, the room has a full length mirror, which is very helpful. Other locations I have visited did not.

Of all the tanning salons I’ve been to (a lot) this one’s my favorite by a long shot. The tanning booths are roomy, the beds are top of the line, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel right at home here.
