I’ve used tanning beds on and off for years, but I have never gotten results as quickly as I have at Palm Beach Tan. Granted the prices are higher than I’ve paid in the past, but you get what you pay for. And in this case, I’m extremely happy with the results for the price. The hours of operation are absolutley a plus as well. I also have to say the customer service is extraordinary. I’ve worked in retail for 35yrs and know what great customer service looks like. They have that at Palm Beach Tan. I’ll definitely be a long-term customer.

The team is friendly and it’s very clean when I visit. I love the team at the Flowood, MS location. Always friendly. I just wish the hours would go back to opening at 6:30am during the week. It’s so hot in MS and tanning in the mornings before work was what I preferred and part of the reason I chose PBT.

Needed a spray tan for a weekend full of events so I looked up local salons and decided to go to PBT. Always used them in college and they were trusty, and it said online a spray tan for a non-member was $35. Sounded great! Went in and was told that a single tan would be $60…so I ended up getting a package that was supposed to be $90 for 3 tans because that was a better deal, yet somehow my total came out to $120. Whatever.
