The staff is so professional and sweet. This is my first experience with tanning beds and honestly I was nervous. I have been a member for about a month now and I go about 4 times a week. I am very pleased with everyone who works there. Honestly, everyone who has been on staff when I go in is so polite and professional. This is my all time favorite tanning salon! The beds are always clean, the staff is always helpful. The beds are newer models. There are more that 2 options to choose from– I love this place!!!! Oh, how I wish they would build a Palm Beach Tan in Carthage, where I live. If they did, they would make so much money in just the first week of opening. There are a lot of people that live here that use old tanning beds just because we do not have options here. Bummed. Maybe one day, my wish would come true and someone would open one here. :-/

My feet are black when existing the versa and the gunk built up in the corners is disgusting. Everytime I or my daughter have been there in the last month to spray tan the machine is broken or they are out of the color we use. The last time I went I stood cold and naked in a towel while some girl repeatedly tried to unsuccessfully fix the versa for 20 min. I finally left and went to the Flowood store. Great atmosphere along with nice and knowledgeable staff. There is usually a few minutes of a wait. Foe the cost, I do believe the bulbs could be changed out more often. Also, the few months that I’ve went, there are still individual bulbs in numerous rooms that are out and need replacement.

My 1st time to go at 12 pm. When I came out, there were 7 people in line waiting. I was happy to be leaving. Lol. I’m new to PBT. Mornings are best for me during the week. It’s cooler outside an not busy inside PBT. There is a bad leak with lots of water by the bathroom. Be very careful! There’s a sign. A bit difficult getting around it. I slipped anyway.
