My experience here has been pretty good all around. Most of the staff is very nice. Some of the younger girls can be rude. My biggest problem is that I pay for a level 1 membership bc I cannot afford the next level. The first month tanning I was put in some nice beds with the occasional day in the oldest beds. Well all this week I have been put in the oldest bed, even when other beds are clean and available, open for every one to see. In this past week my tan has faded and I don’t know why they keep putting me in the very oldest bed when there’s others open that I tanned in plenty of times just a couple weeks ago. I pay for the membership so I should be able to use all the beds in level 1 not just the oldest. It’s like after they realized I was going to stay at level 1 and not move up they just put me in the oldest one. Southaven Goodman Rd store, bed 5.
