They will give you the runaround and charge your account! I was told I had to go into the store in person to cancel my membership so I did I went in ask the gal is there anything else you need she said no. Then they charged me again They said that I didn’t fill out the form to cancel my membership I said your employee didn’t give me a form she said I was good. I was told it the employee wouldn’t lie so I took that as I guess I was lying. I said then why did I go in there I didn’t tan that day, so I just stopped in to visit what was the point of me stopping that day then ???? They got their $75 and that’s all that matters to them!!! yep my package was supposed to be 61 but it includes $14 in taxes that they don’t tell you about!!!!

Great beds! Awesome customer service! The employees have always been so helpful with any questions I’ve had. The beds are amazing. Many different beds to choose from. Every bed I’ve used so far has been very powerful and well cleaned.

Palm Beach Tan was an easy place to go for tanning beds. In that you can get a membership and be able to go in and out usually with very little wait. This location was always very clean and the personel were friendly and helpful. If I had to make any complained it would be that you don’t seem to be able to put a pause on your membership. They are going to deduct from your checking account monthly regardless if you’re able to use it for that month or not. I just had to be able to learn cancel the membership at one point and then started back up when I was ready.

Very clean. Nice people. The additives to the spray tans are a bit pricey… If you don’t buy it though, you’re an orange. Like, seriously… No one looks good orange .. why don’t they just buy the right color for everyone out the bottle. SMH.

I’m firmly against tanning beds, but was nervous/hesitant about spray tanning. I’ve always used FakeBake Flawless and done it at home. That works well, but it’s such a pain in the butt. First off, the girls there have always been very helpful and kind. As for the spray tanning options, my favorite is the VersaSpa. It’s easier to breathe than in the Mystic. Everything is always clean and ready to go. I go 2-3 times a week with an unlimited monthly package. Would definitely recommend!

Best Customer Service. The staff is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They listen to your desires/needs and have not steered me wrong yet. I have been do other locations with ok service but the Cordova staff is by far the best. I drive out of my way to go to this location.

I had breast cancer and with that comes a lot of scarring , use to bed tan and now I spray and have been doing it for a few years now. I have figured out the best way for myself but unfortunately I have learned @ the popular store they know more than I do and have attitudes towards me spraying twice! I only go when they are slow and it bothers them ALOT IT SEEMS. When I do tan its twice the same session and I’m good for the week. I love the girls at Cordova they know I’m in and out , sadly I’m always stuck naked and asking for them to change the solution, I’m always getting stuck with the very end of the box love my cordovies!!
