Over priced and even the packs of tan lotion are over priced. They said I had an upgrade last month but don’t ever contact me when my bill is due instead they charged my card and then I end up owing $60 before getting a notification that I need to pay them now and I was the first of the month like everything else but I’m paying $60 a month for my late fee and they don’t really have any great packages to choose from it’s like 30 50 470 is extremely over prize and only for platinum members can use headphones which is kind of ridiculous they don’t give you the opportunity to use minutes or visits it’s all either unlimited or $30 a visit

I have used the Lakeland location on several occasions. The employees have always been very accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting Daisi when I had a problem with my spray tan from the previous night. She offered me a product to remidy the problem and told me that if that didn’t work I could call her before the end of her shift and she would call her manager and make notes on my account.

Bought a bottle of lotion for $60 and spent 15 min in a bed. Never bought a package like Jordan the employee begged me to. I had to explain that I qas just visiting town and would not be around any Palm Beach Tan facilities to use a package. She was VERY persistent to upsale. Now my bank statement says $100 was charged for that visit. So in other words my lotion was $60 and my 15 min tan was $40. Will definitely be using a different tanning company. I guess she worked her up sale in there somewhere

Kensey was extremely helpful, however with this being my first spray tan, I made an error with my tanning. The manager refused to be of any help whatsoever. So it was $40 down the drain…literally since I had to wash off an uneven tan. The manager made no suggestions or offer to help correct the situation and I was told I’d have to return and pay another $40 to be sprayed again. This was my first and definitely last time at this business. Management is awful and clearly has no sense of what customer service is all about. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
