So clean and very upscale….I LOVED IT! Tanning beds have realllyyyy come a long way since the last time I was in one 10 years ago. They are now air conditioned …or at least theirs is. Amanda was the employee who helped me this morning and to say she is knowledgeable about the beds, skin creams, and pretty much EVERYTHING PALM BEACH TAN, is an understatement. She was amazinggggg!!!!! SHE GETS 5 STARS TOO!!!!

Yesterday (May 17, 2016) late evening (8:52 pm) or there about, and I arrived to tan and was told by the front counter young girl that the entire right side of the building beds were closed. She was on the floor vacuuming and didn’t even notice that I was standing at the counter. There was another girl standing at the counter on her phone. I couldn’t help but feel her response was because it was close to closing time or because they had already cleaned those and were closing up that side. I just recently moved to the area from Hawaii so keeping a tan is important however, working full time and having children prevents that leisure. So I promptly purchased the platinum package, which for the amount that I paid for it that you would think that I’d be given an explanation as to why I’m unable to use my package level at the facility. I just felt as if I was being rushed and that if there was an electrical issue that it should have been conveyed. Overall, I love The Palm Beach Tan in Daphne. I just felt last night would have made ANY person who spent $100.00 to join not even 3 weeks prior that quite a bit upset. Attention to detail, it’s such a little thing but it makes a huge difference.

I’m a novice at tanning and everyone Payton, Bree, and Avery where all very helpful in explaining exactly how and what to do the get an amazing tan. I signed up for the combo tan and have had great experiences with the tanning beds and the spray tan. Listen to them they know what they are talking about! With their beds and advice you can’t go wrong. Thank you Palm Beach Tan. They are extremely clean and very accommodating.

I went in to get my PBT monthly tan. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. They charged me (full price) for my tan, and when I caught it, they just told me that I could have extra tan dollars for the future. I had already told the woman that I was not going to be coming back, not because I didn’t like Palm Beach, but because I’m starting school and it will be a really long time before I ever come back again. I just wanted a refund, because I need every bit of money to buy my textbooks. Now I have about $40 worth of tan dollars, but I don’t even know if I’ll have time to come in and get my tan. I don’t hate Palm Beach, I was just very disappointed this time. I would have been completely fine with a refund, and I still would have paid for the extra add ons in my tan! I just didn’t like having to pay extra money for a service that I don’t even want.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe membership is extremely high for what you are getting. In addition, one of the platinum beds had bulbs out for 2 months.. At those prices and your limited time in them (12 min max), you would expect them to always be at 100 percent efficiency.
