I signed up yesterday and the bed was great and everything was clean, however the time frame policy is ridiculous. I went at 1130 yesterday during my lunch break and went back today and had to go at 1030 bc I have to be back at work for a business call, I could not lay in the bed because I was an hour early. The time frame is ridiculous, I was literally one hour earlier than yesterday and bc it had not been 24 hours and only 23, I was not able to get in. I live in a different state that requires me to drive 50 miles after work to get home so I’m not able to go after work. I could understand if I came first thing in the morning but 1 hour will not effect anything. I’m very disappointed.

What can I say about PBT? If I could, I would give them a higher rating because they deserve it from the beds to the friendly & knowledgeable staff to the no backed up lines. Every time, without exception that I go I get a bed immediately & the lotions, etc. are top class. Heck, everything about PBT is top class. And I have been tanning for decades all across the states. So my eval is from experience. I don’t have leathery skin, am not prematurely aged. I have used the lotions, spray tanned, etc. If the staffers suggest a lotion, they know what they’re doing cause I have heeded advice and my own personal skin doesn’t look like it has been tanning forever. Tho pricey, lotions are worth every penny. The red light therapy is another big winner to me. I love PBT

The girls stood there and watched me set my kids up in the lobby and then proceeded to tell me i was not allowed to tan because my kids were under the age of 9. I’ve tanned at multiple pbt in dothan and they never acted as if it was a problem. I let them know that, that was the first I’ve heard of this and they were idiots for waiting to tell me AFTER i got My kids situated.

I have used this salon for years, even before the name change. I have always liked the friendly staff, the clean facilities, the comforting atmosphere, and the tanning beds. Recently I have changed to the spray tans. I appreciate the knowledge the staff has on the use of the booth. They made me feel very comfortable about using it for the first time. I will be continuing with this service for a long time.

We are new with the indoor tanning experience so we have had to depend on the staff for help. They have been very helpful. The first day when we checked it out a young lady named Shann assisted us. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The business is clean and all equipment is state of the art.
