Staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Facilities are always clean. They have a selection of beds to meet any tanners need and they keep the bulbs changed out regularly and only use new ones so you get the best tan possible. I won’t go anyplace else.

The staff and owner are very nice, helpful, and fun. The store and the tanning beds are always very clean and beds seem to be in excellent working order. Several different levels and styles of tanning beds to choose from. The staff will give you good advice to start, maximize and maintain your tan from what beds to choose, to what product to use with the particular bed. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the Vaughn Road Palm Beach Tan.

The girl that waited on me was real sweet and took her time to show me all the beds and tell me what they do.. She was patient and a refresh to be waited on by Someone that didn’t feel annoyed. The prices are a bit high for our area, but I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes.

When I went here to ask about their packages, the girl was very pushy in trying to get me to sign up for their most expensive package when even their lowest priced one was completely outrageous! I paid half that much for the same services before. While this salon definitely has some fancy beds and even fancier decor, totally not worth it in my opinion, especially since the staff was so pushy and condescending.

I like palm beach tan! The staff is very friendly, but sometimes a little pushy when it comes to selling lotions. I love the atmosphere and the beds! However, there was a slight issue bothering me. My sister and I went in for a free spray tan, but little did I know I was gonna be spending close to $50 just so I could spray tan. You have to pay for the adhesive shoes they let you use and a primer to lotion on before getting in. So technically it wasn’t a free spray tan. Next time include that in your offers. Was very disappointed. Probably won’t be spray tanning again.

Everyone working there is nice, but they didn’t explain cancellation process very well, neither the tanning lotion or oils I can use. I needed to cancel my membership this month and they told me I should’ve done it on the 25th, and today is 31st. I had no idea about that, because I would’ve done it on the 25th. I was also using tanning oil instead of lotion, and the girl that asked me not to use oil, was mean when she did it, and had an altitude. For this reason I don’t think I’ll ever come back to Palm Beach Tan.

Normally I’d give them 5⭐. But when I arrived there wasn’t any other customers, the girl who helped me was very kind. The problem came when I found out the Versa was broken AGAIN & they have to come from ATLANTA to fix the only one shop has… it was too late to drive over to the Vaughn rd shop to use there’s… but I tried there’s last time and the versa is SO old! It’s freezing in room, machine has what looks like an old heater that turns orange red when it’s on to dry you. The heater doesn’t go up & down & is a safety risk of burning someone if they slipped. It has NO feet markings so you best get it right & not go by the dalraida versa… cause it doesn’t have all the cycles. You’ll not be sprayed evenly if you don’t know how it works. Did I say the room is Freezing? Swap rooms with a heated bed. ALSO after I got prepped using expensive single pk of primer, paid for additives (I’m a top level member &

Love their beds! They are very similar to Sun Tan USA’s facility in Chattanooga where i am from Sun Tan city also has locations in Atlanta, Palm beach definitely is up there with the best of them.
