I typically try not to go into establishments very close to closing time but tonight I had no choice. 15 minutes before closing is when I showed up and I was met by Jordan at the desk. Due to previous experiences, I expected to be greeted with a sour face or bad attitude but was pleasantly surprised. Jordan was so polite and made sure to make me feel like I was welcome no matter the time. I’m sure I kept him at work later than normal but he maintained a professional demeanor the entire time I was there. Every company needs more employees like Jordan!!!

I got a spray Tan on Friday which was my off day so I thought it would be a perfect day bc I didn’t have anything planned. I had pred myself the night before so that I wouldn’t streak or anything. Although I didn’t get any type of color from the spray tan . I’m very disappointed and out 53$ for nothing bc I didn’t even get a little bit of color it’s almost like it maybe was a bad can of color or something. I wish I could redo or at least get my money back !! Won’t be coming back here unless they help me fix this issue.

I like the tanning salon but HATE their “24 hour” limit. It’s complete BS. I’ve had to miss 2 days of a 30 day package bc of this and today is day 3 bc of 17 minutes. That’s ridiculous. 17 minutes!! Seriously Tanning

Customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Very helpful and informative. I started with extremely fair skin tone and was helped thru every step of building my tan. From the great products I purchased to the level by level bed I am put in. Beds are top line and easy to use. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

I’ve been a client of Palm Beach for OVER two decades and recently canceled my membership permanently due to a horrible experience I had with the failed real estate agent turned tan salon “manager” Tiffany Lee. She berated me and BLAMED ME for not freezing my account in time when they closed the store early without updating their google page the day before Thanksgiving. You know, because Thanksgiving Eve is a holiday that should be observed. I’m fine with PB closing early during/around the holidays, but don’t you dare blame your clients when you failed to do your job. Oh and all her employees hate her and are quitting as a result of her poor managerial skills.

Critical: Cleanliness, ValueI have never experienced in all my many years of tanning at Palm Beach Tan such filth. I tanned yesterday in the same bed I tanned today only to see the same tanning lotion spots on the floor along with trash. The mirror had smears all over it and the side of the tanning bed had dried tanning lotion. The new bulbs, which ever tanning member loves to see, are still on the floor in boxes. The manager who was there today did not even ask me if I needed anything and after he said your all set I then had to tell him I needed tanning lotion. After the first question I asked it was obvious he knew nothing so I asked for a packet the cheapest I could think of because I know they make commission. After I was finished taking pictures I asked to speak with the manager only to be told he had left.As a customer who has only had wonderful experiences up until now I had to share this way in hopes that Sr. Management will address quickly to make the Trussville location clean and professional again. I miss previous team members but understand they have moved on to bigger and better opportunities. I have never experienced in all my many years of tanning at Palm Beach Tan such filth. I tanned yesterday in the same bed I tanned today only to see the same tanning lotion spots on the floor along with trash. Critical: QualityIt doesn’t matter which level of tanning that I use the buttons on the tanning beds do not work. The beds themselves have lots of options for adjustments but hardly any of them work at all. I have the gold package and the only buttons on those beds that you can adjust or face tanning and ventilation which doesn’t work very well at all. I had a free upgrade to the Platinum level and there wasn’t very much difference at all when it comes to adjustments. All of the reviews that I see on their website are all very positive and they’re only about the staff members. Nothing about the equipment. This is my second year of being a member at the Trussville location and I have not found one single bed that all of the settings work. I am very disappointed because I don’t receive the service did I am promise that paid for. I believe I will try the other two locations that are on Highway 280 and the Inverness location to see if they are any better. I believe I should receive the service that I pay for and not excuses.
