Today was frustrating …I been a member of PB for 5 yrs …I have paid thousands of dollars and feel like I been duped. After having to change jobs my income level was adjusted and I have always been a diamond customer and was treated as such but after having conversations about the card that’s on autopay not working on the account And that it needed to be removed I’m still being zapped for diamond fees that I’m not even using! . how can you charge me a fee for a service i’m not using? I’m usually given an option to freeze my membership til I’m ready again which significantly drops the monthly but I don’t lose my membership but after 2 zaps on my card i now owe $215 in arrears and now i can’t tan until it’s paid? what am i paying for? A service I didn’t use? I’m clearly upset and told Miss Kate that this was a business relationship that I didn’t wanna lose …and she didn’t even really respond. okay I was going into the Mary Esther store initially until it closed so I been with Palm beach a while.. so for Miss Kate not to have any words or even allow me to lay today for a whole 12 mins was humiliating. No apologies or nothing. A true manager does everything possible to find a solution which is better than losing a customer always. I know cuz I am a GM…..Just be careful who you give your money too and that in the long run they make sure they take care of you too….I guess Im gonna be looking elsewhere for my tan .

Notice to anyone interested in spray tanning: It’s OK to simply spray tan with the base color (light, medium, and dark). You do NOT need to be talked into numerous bronzers and primers. If you want/like/desire a more natural look, choose the base color, maybe one bronzer, and the 4 position booth. The 4 position is important for the best even color application, even if you like all the extra bronzers.

These ladies are always super friendly and helpful! I was very new to tanning and after my first appointment they made me feel well educated and totally comfortable! The salon is always clean, the beds are great, and I never have to wait- which is SO convenient!

Switching locations saved my membership. I started out at the location on Mary Esther and it never failed, I got the same rude girl for check in the majority of the time. I always felt uncomfortably pressured into buying stuff when I already had the biggest package they offered and a new bottle of tanning lotion. On top of that I was sometimes asked to use a lower bed which I understand they want you to build your tan by using different beds but I specifically told this person I only wanted to use the high level and spray tans because I felt that I got a better result that way. I decided to finally leave when I went to downgrade and was told I can’t finish my month of higher level tanning after I had already paid for it. So, thank you girls on Eglin for being super sweet, not pressuring me so hard on buying product and for most importantly, being honest about packages. I love it here!!
