I recently had a rather disappointing experience at my regular tanning salon that I have been coming to for several months now and just upgraded my membership to diamond status. My experience with your Manager Alison was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I work in the customer service industry so I always try to be patient and understanding as I understand their position. I’ve purchased multiple recommended products and upgrade packages from your staff and been happy with most, however, my most recently add on I was rather unsatisfied with. I had tried to return it at another location and had been informed I must return it to the home store; no problem, I understand and am happy to travel to do it. But when I arrived at the Destin location to make my return and get my tan on, I spoke with Alison about getting a refund for the $65 lotion I was dissatisfied with. She spoke to me very condescendingly and told me I was using the lotion wrong and that I shouldn’t have any issues with the product. I had informed her I was indeed using it in the way she had described and it was rather the stickiness and results that I experienced I was dissatisfied with. She continued to talk down to me over what should have been an easy fix. If this had been handled differently I would have most likely purchased another lotion depending on what she recommended to me I would have been happy to spend more money for the results and products I wanted. Alison came with a poor attitude and laughed in my face and I was truly taken aback with the manner I was treated. I am still stuck with this lotion that I’m unhappy with.

I dont know where you find such quality workers… seriously they are all amazing every time. Allison is always so welcoming and bubbly just such a cool person. Today Kayleigh (who i just met) was working. There was a good crowd as expected around 5pm and she was managing everyone so well. I am so impressed. Tanning

After much back and forth between the customer service line, Hailey, one of the managers, reached out to corporate herself and devised a solution for the issue. At the end of the day, a good attitude and simply being willing to try and accommodate your customer is really the only thing I’m after, instead of being told “nope, sorry, that’s our policy”.

This is one of the BEST Palm Beach Tans around and I’ve been all over the United States using them since I have a monthly membership. The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. At many tanning salons the staff behind the counter hate their job and act as if it is an inconvenience to service you, never mind ask questions. The staff here not only enjoy helping you, but want to always make your experience the best you can have. Kudos to management at this location for hiring and training great staff.

I had a membership for 3 or 4 months there. Although the staff is very friendly, Several times when I would get in a bed, the facials would just randomly turn off, or only one bulb would be working. When I would say something, they would reply “oh, that bed is known for doing that.” There were several instances the salon would have no power, all the beds had to be reset, or the computers were down, so I was unable to tan at all and wasted a trip.
