So I tried their under $15/month promo with $25 start up fee and charged me 1 month in advance. After trying the tanning bed one time, I had to cancel because I didn’t feel safe using this antique tanning bed they have. It felt and sounded like it will fall apart pretty soon. Planet Fitness has better tanning beds and I’ll just get their membership there.

My girlfriend has a membership there and she enjoys it. The monthly membership fee isn’t too high. It actually has fair prices. It stays open until 8pm so people have enough time after school or work to get there. Palm Beach Tan is located in town near the college and airport so it is in a great part of town. I would recommend if you or your other half want to get a tan.

Each time I have been to this location it’s always something from bulbs being out to dirty beds to the fan behind your head pointing the wrong way because it’s broken to the mister in room 13 not working to the beds having a bunch of dead bugs in it and having to ask for goggles or towels due to them not being in the room. In one of these pics you can see either a bloody fingerprint or it could be tanning lotion not blood on the top that pulls down. 9 mile location is not any better lately. I have pics of the dirty beds and broken fan. I will be canceling after this month because both locations are not clean and something is always wrong.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get a spray tan. First time using this company but have consistently used the spray tan that they use. The girl that helped me at the desk acted as if she was annoyed to be helping me. She couldn’t even make eye contact or thank me for my business. Went into the spray booth which to my dismay was probably 60 degrees. It was so cold they have a heater sitting on a stool. The roof is leaking above the booth. I got a dark spray and literally had no color the next day. What color I did get was nothing but patchey. New beds, New bulbs, New glow…Happy tan you!!!! Such amazing beds and the staff will set you up great, they are very knowledgeable. They really are just a group of sweet young adults loving their job and doing it well. If you don’t like them selling products, just say “I’m good” but I’m telling y’all the products make a world of difference, your color gets so enhanced it’s amazing.

I purchased the gold package at 39.99 a month on March 18th. I was told by management to cancel my membership so I would not be charged for the following month. I went in to tan on March 1st and I was told my membership was up. The staff was not accommodating and did NOT explain that I would only be getting 10 days worth of tanning. Mind you I was commuting 35 minutes just to tan here so I did not even get all 10 days of my tans. The manager made me leave, did not even allow me to tan after my long commute. Overall, NOT worth the money. The manager told me I had my spray tan until March 18th but NOT my tanning sessions. This place ROBS you of your money and is extremely deceitful. Staff is always friendly, they know you by name which makes you feel welcome, the only downfall is they are often out of additives, sticky feet or nose plugs for spray tans… however the salon is always very clean which is a huge plus. Every now and then the spray tan booths will be out of order. I realize this is out of the staffs control which is why I still gave four stars.
