I never write reviews especially like this but today I could not believe how horrible there customer service was! Lazy teenagers not wanting to do there job and rude. I even heard one say while I was waiting, “ow I’m just feeling lazy today” there were no paper towels in the bathrooms two people came out because the rooms where dirty towels on the floor. Also I purchased a 3 pack of tans and was told they had all been used and they where back to back dates right after I purchased them and I only got to use one of them that was such a joke and a lie stealing my money not providing me with the service I purchased and let someone else use it!

I can’t say enough about how poorly this tanning salon is managed. Rather than take care of the problem (lazy teenage employees), they expect the customer to notice when tanning solution is spilled all over the floor.

The entire staff at PBT on PCB are absolutely phenomenal. The staff is always very welcoming and ready to help you any way they can. First of all, I had horrible service. I will never go back. The employees were rude and we’re always trying to shove products down my throat in an unhealthy way. I was extremely in satisfied with the prices for the color I was getting! I tan VERY easily, considering my family is from the south of France and we have a deep olive skin tone. I was paying too much for 20 minute sessions in which I got barely any color. I immediately switched to zoom tan at pier park and had better results in a six minute stand up! I could not believe it. Well today, I went to go into zoom tan to only realize that they relocated to Palm Beach Tan. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in all services. I’ve never posted a bad review,but I felt my concerns should be acknowledged. If there was a no stars review I would give that. I am about to terminate my membership with Zoom Tan/Palm Beach tan as we speak.
