Older girl at the counter with blue hair was rude as hell to me because I only wanted 1 bronzer in my spray tan. I used to work at a Palm beach and used to have a spray tan membership, i’ve always only used 1 bronzer and i like the way it looks. I told her this and she was just very very pushy and when i didn’t want to get all these extra additives for her to upsell me, she was rude as hell. Will not be tanning here anymore.

When I started going I was told I could freeze or cancel my account at any time. I have not been since Nov, I have spoken to someone there that told me it was canceled. I am still bring billed!!! I have had to get my bank to get my money back for me twice and now receiving a bill for $178! Tanning

Expensive packages, but fantastic tanning beds. The beds are high quality and the bulbs are amazing. If you are not wanting to use the beds they do offer spray tan with their salon. The color looks even and nice. Just ensure to follow the cleansing and exfoliating steps before using the spray booth. They have a good selection of lotions, but the prices are a bit high for the purchase of lotion.

Best salon I’ve been to since moving to Florida. There are similar salons in the area and the beds are always in use, always have to wait 20+ minutes for the level bed I pay for, and get frustrated and use a lower level bed. Did not take the time to explain their products, very knowledgeable on all the beds they have, and lotions and how they work. They may not be the cheapest on lotions, but their rates on the bed make it 100% worth the drive. I asked why my face was peeling at the last salon they said they didn’t know, come to find out my tingle lotion had been ruining my skin. Thanks Palm Beach for stopping me on my way out and teaching me about proper skin care and not to use tingle on my face. I could handle it, but it’s very bad. Now I know why I was peeling. Also, their beds are always open . Never have to wait and they are always on time for opening time. Always in a great mood, always willing to explain any questions and or concerns. They never make you feel dumb or a inconvenience. I love it here and will continue to go here for as long as I live here! Thank you ladies for making me feel more than a customer and caring about my well being !

Bed are clean, bulbs are amazing, pricing is AFFORDABLE as hell too!! 5 tans are 33 and in a stand up 44 or for the month 67 and 77 that’s not bad at all compared to MANY places I have used it the past!!

I have a membership here. Definitely not like the old memberships. If you go for a level one bed membership i would go to power tan its cheaper with same bed. If you go on a higher membership level i would recommend palm beach tan.

Yesterday I was a walk-in and inquired about tanning packages and the assistant manager was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process! It is very rare to experience great customer service these days and she actually impressed me with hers, and she gave great deals on lotion as well! Thank you so much!

Very good experience there today! I’m just visiting for a week and had a free spray tan card. They did try to upsell, which is there job so I’m not upset. I didn’t want to pay anything extra but the manager (pretty sure she was the manager at least) was super nice and explained why she recommended the small upgrade. She didn’t act like I was dumb for not knowing anything about tanning, which was great. The other lady that helped me took me back and explained everything thoroughly. I REALLY enjoyed my experience here.
