Clean!! 9 out of 10x I am able to get right in! When pressed for time, this is very helpful! Bulbs stay updated! Staff always ask if lotion is needed and informs you of any special promotions. I have cashed in on a couple thanks to this! Got a better tan for my sons wedding thanks to a recent promotion. Great place!

The two ladies working at the front on June 25, 2020 at opening time were awesome! Unfortunately i did not get their names. Haven’t gotten a spray tan in a while and they were so nice and helpful!! Thanks so much for the hospitality! This brings customers back, keep up the good work!!

The staff here is wonderful. Normally when I visit a tanning salon, the staff seems to display they are only there to have a job, and they don’t really care if the customer has a good experience . This staff ensures the experience a pleasant one, and I will return here simply because of the way they do business. They go out of their way to greet you with a smile, and they offer products, but don’t push you when you say no. The front desk experience can make or break me as a customer, so I thought you should know they do a great job!

I never have a problem at this place. The manager Kathy is amazing and Kim is also wonderful. Every one of the employes take time to explain every thing thoroughly and I am always informed of every deal. The deals are always worth every penny. The whole staff is personable and very welcoming. No salon is better than this one!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy experience with this location has been nothing but painful. My husband and I were both charged for services they could not render during Covid 19. I made several calls to corporate and this location with one response from corporate headquarters who dropped the ball with partial refund. Most likely, they will be filing bankruptcy so I would not recommend getting a membership here they will rip you off. I just recently contacted my bank to dispute the charges, after several failed attempts on their part and empty promises, instead they terminated my agreement and they lied today at this location stating my bank was refunding my money which it is not because they’re still fighting to keep it, and they never returned the money . I came in as a first time customer , just wanting to try it out since I just moved to the area. It seemed very clean and was a nice store. However , I walked in and was basically told I had to pay $20 to even buy any membership ? What is the $20 for ? To type in my name? No thank you. I even asked about the 14.95 a month deal they had going on and the employee working told me that those beds won’t tan you and said they do not really acknowledge those memberships??? Then why are they advertising them?!? She even told me that it was a waste of money. So when employees say that to a new customer, that’s a serious red flag !! At least she was honest and she was kind so I appreciated it ! She was only being helpful!l But I walked straight out and found a place called Star Dust tan and now they have a long term customer !! This place is clean and the employees are helpful but if you don’t want to throw your money down the toilet then I wouldn’t come here !
