I wish I could give ZERO stars, but that is not an option. I went in here for a basic spray tan the day before I had to leave for a trip. I had never been there for a spray tan before, and the two girls at the desk basically told me what I needed to do and even though the tan was advertised as $20, it eventually ended up costing me $51. I went into the tanning booth, where water proceeded to drip on me while I was getting sprayed, and left streaks of white all over my body. I got home and when I could finally see the tan in the mirror, it was AWFUL. Black specks/streaks all over my body, and then huge white streaks where the water had dripped on me during the tan. Horrified at how it was going to develop, I literally went straight into the shower and scrubbed/exfoliated my body so I wouldn’t have to develop the uneven and streaky tan. Literally $51 down the DRAIN.

This place has been an absolute nightmare. My wife got a monthly plan it was great. We found out she was pregnant and canceled. They continue to charge us for several months. Our banks sent us a new card, we never thought anything of it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they weren’t overly pushy about purchasing product, despite current sale! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Mystic booth itself wasn’t very clean (floor, wall, doors) and there was water on the floor in the room.

I purchased a monthly membership with this tanning salon (it cost me $100 per month). Went to the salon the other day and it was CLOSED. No sign explaining anything. Called another location and they explained that it was closed permanently. I asked them to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to go to the store to cancel it in person. The nearest store is 12.5 miles from my home. I am extremely upset and frustrated about the service and will not do business with Palm Beach Tan again. Go somewhere else – it will probably be less expensive and better service.

Went in today after taking a few months break. Most of the time there are new faces, but some are familiar. This time didn’t know who the two girls at the front were. When I first walked in there was someone in front of me, so I waited. Both girls at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. After the lady in front of me was done, on of the girls took her to the room to help her. Thinking the other girl at the desk would help me.. not one word from her… rude! When the other got back (finally saw her name tag, her name was Carrisa, whom was apparently the assistant manager) I told her that I wanted to unfreeze my account just for one month. And told her I wanted to freeze it again so I didn’t get a draft on April 1st. She told me how much I owed, I gave her my card. And then I told her which room I wanted and for how long.

When I reactivated my membership, the young lady at the counter was very kind and helped me get it set up quickly and did a great job helping me choose products that I’d never used before. Definitely love this place and the customer service.

I absolutely love this salon and I’ve been coming there every day since I got my membership. I love the staff, everyone there is really nice to me especially today when I went in it was around 12:20 and today is 5/27/16. She helped me upgrade my membership and was very knowledgeable about different lotions that would work best for me. Beds are always clean and they provide eye wear and towels for you. Tanning salon always smells really good 🙂 kinda like Hawaii prolly bc of the lotions, and I actually like the music they play, very beachy.

Needs new management desperately. The workers are very friendly, place is clean majority of the time but the manager is extremely rude on several occasions. Enough for me to cancel my membership all together. I even called your corporate office today after my encounter with your manager there and even though the woman with corporate was nice, it still doesn’t overcome the horrid and snotty attitude I received from your Cumming manager. Even the woman from corporate said the manager clearly did not know the correct policies on what the issue was, your management should be properly trained in customer service AND your protocols. She acted like I was a complete idiot infront of other workers and come to find out, she was the one who did not know what she was doing.
