I walked in inquiring about memberships. I was looking for a new chain and the one that I’m currently using seems very unprofessional. As soon as I walk through the door Hailey was so sweet and helped me check which membership works best for me and she showed me every room and where everything was so that I can feel comfortable and she told me about the process of everything. She also made a recommendation for a certain lotion and it was absolutely amazing on my skin. After being with Hailey for a little bit I did purchase a membership and I’m excited to come back tomorrow. She was very professional everything was very clean and a major step up from the tanning salon that I was using. Could not say any negative thing about Palm Beach Tan, it really was a great experience!

Really enjoyed coming to this location as it was always clean, there were lots of tanning bed options and it looked nice. Sometimes I felt the staff were annoyed as I would ask what the bed options were and ask if they could explain it as I know nothing about them. The #2 bed, which was my favourite, didn’t have the option to turn down the air conditioning (maybe it was broken) but I still liked the bed itself. Overall, great place!

Great people. Great products. Impressive knowledge. Every employee at every location I’ve been to, which is about 5 or 6, makes me feel like I’m frequenting my favorite spot. Light conversation is always easy to make because its just a place with good vibes. Not pretentious. But should be since the decor and service is top notch….I could go on and on.

Honestly the staff is nice, gave me all the information I needed but the pricing at this place is atrocious. They charge triple what any tanning salon in the area charges. I paid $30+ for one bed session yesterday because the salon that I actually go to was closed for Memorial Day. I have previously tanned with palm beach and I paid for 1 month of sessions to see if the beds were in fact better or if the experience was more luxurious. It was not. Spend $12 a session just down the street at Touch of Sun tanning salon. Beds work just as well, not as fancy, but if you care more about results/cost then that’s the place to go. A month of tanning at Palm beach will easily cost you over $150+ and only $70 at the highest level bed at Touch of Sun. Again, beds aren’t as big but they work just as well.
