If I could give 0 stars I would. I have naturally tan skin as I am Portuguese so I do not burn easily. Additionally, I have a membership at planet fitness where I tan regularly. I used to visit this salon occasionally when I didn’t feel like driving out of my way to planet fitness because it is on my way home from work. Because I only go here occasionally I buy 1 tan at time, meaning I am willing to pay the ridiculously high full price for 1 tan. On my way home yesterday I decided to stop in for a quick tan, my lotion and eyewear in hand so clearly I am not a newbie tanner (I used to be a manager for Ultra Tan so I was tanning bed certified and understand the laws around it). I gave the lady behind the desk my name and asked to buy 1 visit in the stand up bed (the same bed I always use when I visit this location). I was informed by her that because I had not visited that location in a while I would only be allowed to tan for half the time (4 min). Now keep in mind, I don’t have a package here so I am paying full price for this 4 min that will not give me any color. I told her although I have not tanned there recently, I do tan elsewhere so I am well aware my skin can handle more than 4 min. She curtly stated, it’s policy. So I decided to go elsewhere. Why on earth would I pay full price for 4 measly minutes? If that truly is the policy it’s ludicrous, it should be my decision what I decide to do to my skin. It’s not as if I was asking to go beyond the manufacturer recommended time, I simply wanted my full time. Will never tan at one of your locations again.

The salon was clean as it always is, and I was in and out in no time. Thank GOD this place is under a new salon manager, the last one left so much to be desired. The salon was clean as it always is, and I was in and out in no time. Thank GOD this place is under a new salon manager, the last one left so much to be desired. The staff there is the nicest most informative people you could ask for. I was a first time customer gwtting a spray tan. They were crazy busy, but they still took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Worst location. They do not sanitize properly, very unprofessional. Called in to cancel my membership due to covid, never got a call back. Still charged and forced to visit to cancel. The food lion next store has had 2 cases of covid, this is not what i wanted to do.
