The girls working there are friendly and helpful. I’ve only been a few times so far but it’s clean and hasn’t been too busy each visit. The lotions are pretty pricey so I would just stick to getting them online but the memberships are reasonable.

The beds are always kept up, staff is very friendly, hours of operation accommodate everyone, and they are all over. So if I go out of town, I don’t have to skip tanning! I’ve always tanned here and will continue to do so. Very cost effective. It’s only $35/month to tan everyday.

Love the ability to get in and out fast. Love the spray tan option, as have had previous skin cancer. I can get tan without worrying.. if you spray regularly and no how to maintain your tan, you should not be orange. If you go every 4 days, you can be perfect in color. When you need to shave, exfoliate your skin and take top layer down, so your re-spray will be even. Just advice for those who have complained about spray tan. Maintenance is key

She was extremely rude where I didn’t even want to ask her any questions because she treated me like I was a pest. So I totally screwed up my tan by not knowing what to do or press or where lotions went. So I went back today since its the only sunless tanning option near me. Audrey helped me this time and she just went over and beyond. Extremely helpful. She went in the room with me and talked me through the whole process. I really hope they show Audrey some appreciation and move her in charge of mkayla because mkayla sure isn’t happy in customer service. My first spray tan ever last week and mkayla was terrible. She was extremely rude where I didn’t even want to ask her any questions because she treated me like I was a pest. The beds work great! My tan however is suffering because my routine is all messed up. I’m new to this town but I have been an ultra tan customer at another location for awhile and at the Seneca location I can’t even get a tour so I know where the beds I like are. So 3 stars are only because the employee attitudes and lack of any care in the world what my needs are. So I pay 69.95 and I can’t even choose my bed because the employees won’t do their jobs! Not acceptable. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
