My husband and I got memberships a few weeks ago because it only made since as a one time spray tan was $45 and a month was $49. Our tan did not last at all and was gone within a few days and was very blotchy. I called to cancel and was told I had to come in and sign papers just to cancel. They would not let me do it over the phone or online. I live 35 minutes away and this is unreasonable. So now we both will be charged tomorrow $50 that we will not use!!!

Best tanning salon!! Staff is amazing, extremely polite and helpful. They put up with a lot from some unkind customers but the salon is always clean and service is always fast!! Absolutely no complaints!!! Customers need to chill if there usual bed is taken when they arrive. It’s first come first serve. Don’t take it out on the girl just doing her job! Would give more stars if I could!!

I used to tan here while I was a college student at Lander. I just moved back after being away for 6 years, and honestly I am disappointed in its current standing. With Greenwood being a college based town, you clearly have the clientele to improve and update. I can’t lay in beds due to a medical issue and so I depend on spray tans. To have three mystic machines that usually are down or broken is really discouraging. I have been about 10 times, and one time I got no color after paying additional charges for a spray. One time a machine didn’t even power on after I was completely undressed and I had to yell to get assistance. Please please, update the beds and get at-least one Versa Pro spray machine!! I don’t want to have to drive to Simpsonville each time I need a tan. Between lack of machines, towels, and just lack of better resources for customers please update this location.
