I came in to get a spray tan before my cruise because I own my own Browning bed but needed a quick spray. The lady helping me gave me a cost of $37 dollars for a spray tan and to lay in the bed for 10 min. I said that sounds good …paid and then when I got out of the bed ready to get spray tan she said It would be $40 more.

Zero stars if it were an option ⭐️ For Ultra Tan Easley!!!! Buyer beware! They are not truthful! I bought a package with three spray tans and specifically told the cashier that I did not need to use them right away. She said it’s ok, they are good until you use them with no expiration. Used my first visit that day and two weeks later came back and was told that the machine was broken and I would have to drive to Powdersville. Strike one. I go in today to tan before my Fl trip and am told that it will be $40 some dollars and that my sessions had expired!! I explained to the blonde that I was told my sessions would not expire. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager and she said she was the store manager. Poor, poor, customer service.. Strike two and I’m done. Very disappointing.

Spray tan didn’t do a thing. Called for a credit or refund and the Manager there said she couldn’t do anything to call corporate. Called corporate and left 3 messages 3 consecutive days, sent an email and no response. Horrible customer service. Manager can’t make it right in her own store and corporate could care less. So I have been tanning with tanning beds for 5 years now. I used to tan with a local 1 shop salon till health problems closed her down, we can all relate. I was CRUSHED to say the least, we were like family. So I went to Easley Ultra tan and was gonna give it a try. It didnt go very well at all. Staff turnover was very high and customer service was Zero.

I LOVE this salon!! I have been tanning at this UltraTan location for the past 3 summers. The store is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They also have tons of lotion choices and the best tanning beds of any salon in the area. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!
