Went to have a spray tan done as I have hundreds of times before, I noticed that the name of the business had changed but according to the front desk worker my name was still in the system. This girl had a bad attitude and did not want my business. I have never seen such a rude worker in my entire life and I am disappointed I won’t be able to come back.

I have been using indoor tanning salons for many years. UltraTan has always had the best selection of beds but I was always a little disappointed by the customer service at theor salons. The woodruff store I had been going to just recently closed so I headed to the Pelham Road location. I was so thankful to have met Lauren. This was the first employee that has ever taken the time to explain how different beds work and what lotions will give me the best results. I had been using the KBM bed for 2 years and I didn’t even know it had a different modes until she explained it to me.

I’m only giving 3 stars right now BC I haven’t actually used their tanning system yet. Although, I did go there to check it out and see how much and what all I needed to do to get a membership. I was thinking of the spray Tan. Or use spray tan and tanning bed splitting it up into spray tan one day tanning bed the next. I read on the advertising that it is 9.99 I believe for the first spray tan. And then they have different lotions to add. The tanning bed lotions are a bit expensive but you can get singles at other places I’m assuming you can do that here as well but I didn’t ask so I can’t say for sure. From what I checked out it seems like I just might join UltraTan. I was a member of ultra Tan many years ago. It wax a good place back then to Tan. But now I’m looking to do more spray tan. And things have changed over the years with different beds and lotions and now spray tan has been added. So from the sound of the membership and knowing how clean and updated they were back then and from what I seen just looking and talking their probably still a very good tanning place. So as it stands from what Ive seen the other day I’m almost positive its going to be a good decision. So only 3 stars now then I will leave an update after I visit starting Monday. After that I’m pretty sure I will be leaving 5 stars by then. Considering what I know from before to my future visits.
