This place is never open when it’s supposed to be. Sitting out front now and the doors are locked. Three other people have come and gone. This isn’t the first time…lately it’s been pretty much every time I come…which is only once or twice a week…and every time the doors are locked and no one’s home. I’ve emailed the corporate to no avail. Worst run business I’ve ever seen.

It is clean, typically quiet with short waits, if any, and most of the beds are nice and/or new and work. Any problems I’ve ever had have been with corporate. Some of their billing and hold rules are, in my opinion, quite unfair. A bed will stay broken for lengthy times before fixed. But the employees do their best and always do every they can to accommodate. The current manager, Cameron, is pleasant, efficient and professional. I’ve been a client of this salon for 5+ years. It is clean, typically quiet with short waits, if any, and most of the beds are nice and/or new and work. Any problems I’ve ever had have been with corporate. Some of their billing and hold rules are, in my opinion, quite unfair. A bed will stay broken for lengthy times before fixed. But the employees do their best and always do every they can to accommodate. The current manager, Cameron, is pleasant, efficient and professional. I always feel very welcome and comfortable there!

My first time getting a spray tan! Not sure what the associates name is, but she was there the morning of 5/22/22. Amazing customer service. Very helpful and helped me choose my color and took the time to show me how to use the machine and how to pose. She needs a raise! Tanning

The beds are clean but it’s annoying there’s only one silver membership bed. Also was blown away that after getting the silver membership and a bottle of bronzer, the girl sold me “the only pair of goggles in the store” and charged me $50 for them. Had i not been on a time crunch, I would’ve gone elsewhere just for that reason. Absolute robbery.

I called corporate and they said I would be credited two free months when they reopened. Now open, they will not credit my account. I love Ultra Tan! I visit at least once a week, I have a membership and receive spray tans in the Versa Spa machine. It is my absolute favorite and I rarely have to wait when I go to get a spray! The staff is always friendly and the hours are good for people like me who work a bit later than most people.
