I called to get prices! I’m very familiar with tanning beds. The girl that answered the phone was not ok giving prices over the phone. She then told me the prices very quickly and said hold on please. The phone hung up and I called back and nobody picked up. I guess I won’t go here!!!

I feel bad giving a poor review because the girls working there were so sweet and that was the only upside to this place. I waited for almost 2 hours to get a spray tan, the tanning booth seems to need updating, I got a medium tan and followed the aftercare instructions and I’m experienced w self tanning and spray tans, the tan was very light and didn’t last. Their membership prices and non member prices are the same so you’re not saving any money. (for spray tans) Just feel this place could use some work and better quality. Will, be going elsewhere.

I started off with spray tan but I don’t like the orange color, which wasn’t supposed to happen, so they switched me over to the beds with no questions asked. Very easy switch. I assume because of the high sales pitches the ladies are paid on commissions however they are so friendly and take time with every guest that it matters little. The team work between the employees is even evident as you spend time with them. I would highly recommend PBT this location specifically to anyone. I started off with spray tan but I don’t like the orange color, which wasn’t supposed to happen, so they switched me over to the beds with no questions asked. Very easy switch. I just started using ultra tan yesterday to get ready for my wedding. I was helped by Patrick and he was so nice! He was very helpful and made sure to set me up with a plan that worked perfect for me! I haven’t dealt with anyone else there yet, but he was definitely awesome!

I had a wonderful experience when I walked in for the first time. Shelly was super sweet and knew what to say. She was very professional and helped me with what I needed. The beds are especially nice and very clean. I will be coming back as much as i can.

My experience here is awsome. The staff are always very friendly an helpful an always alean. but i came in on friday july 29th an there was a young girl that i had never seen there before an she was very rude, the beds had not been clean an while i was waiting to get checked in another customer came out telling the girl she didnt think the bed had been cleaned an the girl was very rude an said to the lady “is it a stand up bed the customer told her yes an she was like do u just want another towell.so the lady just very calmly said yeah i’ll just take another towell, an she went on to tan. Later on i got a call from a friend of mine telling me about this girl that was working that day i beleive her name may have been katelyn but she had waved the customers membership fee an told her nobody would find out because she was smarter than the other staff there. Yes it was nice she waved the fee for the customer but is she really allowed to do that. Shouldnt that be against company policy? But other than that i love pbt in redbank an the staff are awsome.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueEvery time I walk thought these doors it’s disappointment. Today, just to speak to someone I was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes. Oh, I forgot to mentioned there was no greeting when walking into the door. Maybe it’s because she is alone on a Saturday at 12:30 pm, but there is no excuse for the prior visits. I will continue to tan for 1 month, but I will be canceling my membership and not returning even though it’s extremely convenient. Never waited for this extended time for anything at Ultra Tan.
