This is THE BEST tanning salon by far. Totally recommend this PBT Lexington location. I have been tanning for a long time at lots of locations. The manager and staff make this place great. Excellent job making you feel welcomed and cared for. Very professional and knowledgeable. They always have the latest top knotch lotions to maintain and enhance your tan. The place is always super clean. Fantastic selection of spray and tanning beds. They have enough beds you can get in quickly. Can’t say enough about the staff, always a fun time getting my tan on.

Seriously in LOVE with this place! I signed up yesterday and am very happy with my decision. Very nice, brand new beds that are top of the line. The salon was incredibly clean and the employees were so nice and welcoming. The staff was very well educated in the products they sell and were able to answer every single question I had. No wait time and my bed was incredibly clean. Some tanning salons I’ve been to before had smudges on the beds because they weren’t cleaned properly but this place definitely knows what they’re doing and take cleanliness very seriously. So happy with my decision to join!

I really love this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I believe the assistant manager Dakota was extremely helpful in giving me a tour, signing me up, as well as helping me pick a good bronzer for my skin. Keep up the good work I will definitely stay at this salon.

Super friendly but sometimes too pushy upselling. Very clean beds and timely turnaround. Spray tan is nice but make sure you upcharge to not be orange

Ok, I felt really bad I did it wrong cause I forgot the lotion but they said it was cool, helped me out and were extremely nice. Deserving of a five star rating. Will be back and I won’t forget the lotion!! lol

I’ve never been to a Palm beach tanning salon other than in Georgia, but if u want a great natural looking tan this is the place to be!! Great, clean beds. Great customer service and incredibly affordable!!

Came in to PBT for the first time today. Really appreciate the assistant managers customer service skills and product knowledge. Wish I could remember his name, so I could tell his boss what an awesome employee he is. While of course he’s required to give a script/tour to first time customers (I get it, I worked at a tanning salon years ago), he was incredibly respectful when I told him up front that I knew exactly what I wanted, and didn’t need the entire tour. He listened to what I was saying, and didn’t treat me any less because I wasn’t interested in buying the most expensive package. He also suggested a great lotion for me based on what I told him I liked, the new-ish JWoww midnight delight. So happy with the results after even only one use! Walked into the NLake location simply because it was the.closest to me,and I’m very glad I did, because it was clean, relaxing, and the service was great.
